Advance Router is a whole new category launched by JAK Machinery. It is basically a combination of the two machines - Flat Bed Router and 4 Axis Turning Carving Lathe machine.
This Machine work in 2 type of mode.
1. Router mode - Simple 3 Axis Router - Operation from the top side on sheet material
2. Lath Mode - Turning and 4 Axis Carving on Wooden pillar or wooden leg

Machine have Sensor for accurate measurement of both turning and carving tool lengths. Software store tool length and update the Y origin automatically. Without Auto tool zero you have to update origin on each wood size.
Automatic function change customization enhances manufacturing flexibility by allowing machinery to automatically switch between different functions (Turning /Carving / Shaping / Sanding). This will enable user to use multiple operation without any interruption.
When you start the machine, machine set the X and Z Origin Automatically.
If this facility is not there then you must set the origin manually which can never be accurate.
Machine will stop Automatically if any Servo motor and spindle motor overload its rated capacity.
This feature will help you to avoided savior mechanical damage because of collision.
Automatic lubrication systems consist of a central reservoir supplying lubricant through distribution lines to directly slider blocks.
Yellow Light indicates Main Power Supply is Applied.
Green Light Indicates Machine Power is On.
Red Light indicates Machine is at Emergency Stop mode.
Machine can be operated remotely using any remote software like Anydesk / Ultraviewer. This is very nice feature that helps for training and trouble shooting.
