Automatic tool change (ATC) in CNC machines automates tool swapping, housed in a tool magazine and selected by the CNC program. During machining, the machine pauses to change tools, retrieving and inserting them using a robotic arm. Optional tool measurement ensures precision, and clamping secures the new tool before resuming operations, streamlining manufacturing and enhancing productivity.
Machine have Sensor for accurate measurement of both turning and carving tool lengths. Software store tool length and update the Y origin automatically. Without Auto tool zero you have to update origin on each wood size.
When you start the machine, machine set the X and Z Origin Automatically.
If this facility is not there then you must set the origin manually which can never be accurate.
Machine will stop Automatically if any Servo motor and spindle motor overload its rated capacity.
This feature will help you to avoided savior mechanical damage because of collision.
Automatic dust collection systems efficiently capture and contain dust and debris generated during industrial processes, employing strategically placed hoods, ductwork, a central collector with filtration, and regular maintenance for optimal performance and safety.
Automatic lubrication systems consist of a central reservoir supplying lubricant through distribution lines to directly slider blocks.
Yellow Light indicates Main Power Supply is Applied.
Green Light Indicates Machine Power is On.
Red Light indicates Machine is at Emergency Stop mode.
Machine can accept 4 axis gcode to run all X, Y Z and A axis all together. This enable use to make carving operation on flat and circular surface. Some special type of pillar can do only with simultaneous 4 Axis capability.
Machine can be operated remotely using any remote software like Anydesk / Ultraviewer. This is very nice feature that helps for training and trouble shooting.
