Machine Model – Simple Router – Manual tool Change (SR-MTC)
This is most basic router model.
Machine have 3 Axis for variouse operation like 2D cutting , 3D carving , drlilling etc.
The head is called Spindle - which need to install tool manually

Machine have Sensor for accurate measurement of both turning and carving tool lengths. Software store tool length and update the Y origin automatically. Without Auto tool zero you have to update origin on each wood size.
When you start the machine, machine set the X and Z Origin Automatically.
If this facility is not there then you must set the origin manually which can never be accurate.
Automatic lubrication systems consist of a central reservoir supplying lubricant through distribution lines to directly slider blocks.
Machine will stop Automatically if any Servo motor and spindle motor overload its rated capacity.
This feature will help you to avoided savior mechanical damage because of collision.
Yellow Light indicates Main Power Supply is Applied.
Green Light Indicates Machine Power is On.
Red Light indicates Machine is at Emergency Stop mode.
Machine can be operated remotely using any remote software like Anydesk / Ultraviewer. This is very nice feature that helps for training and trouble shooting.
